Anna Bay Skatepark

JOfficially known as Peter Broadfoot Jnr Memorial Skate Park thisĀ  sleepy little beach side pre-fab is the usual setup. A bunch of quarters ranging from 2-4ft and a scattering of funboxes and curbs. The surface is rough as guts and covered with a lovely layer of sand and there is no coping to speak of. Not really an inspired setup but good enough for young skaters to have a bit of fun. The highlight is probably the beach that’s just beyond the skatepark so if nothing else its a great to cool off and have a swim… and if your really lucky you might just get a camel ride (for realz!).

There’s a free carpark but not much else nearby, a short walk or drive will get you some fish & chips.
